Rotting of wood is a non-reversible change. Rotting of wood is caused by wood rot fungi and moisture.
Reversible changes are changes that can be changed back into their original form. Non-reversible changes are changes that can't be changed back into their original form.
The good effects of changes are return of minerals, water and carbon dioxide to the earth and creation of biodegradable material. The bad effects are air pollution and damage to equipment.
